Transports team has already built an access tool to do best ETA and reporting function.

Process:
1. Users extract files from different system and external suppliers.
2. All the data is imported into access database by link connection.
3. Macro buildup behind in access tool makes users run the report.
Weakness:
· Users can read and write the raw data directly, which will lead to mistakes happens.
· No more than 2 users can use this tool in the same period and easily be locked.
· Running speed is not good due to which data imported from different excel files.
